Production Process

 

Raw Material Procurement and Verification
Stainless steel forgings or round bars conforming to ASTM A182 standards are selected. All materials are accompanied by original material certificates, and a furnace number management system is established to ensure traceability of raw material sources.

 

Forging and Shaping

Die forging or free forging processes are used according to product specifications. Forging temperature and forging ratio are controlled to optimize metal grain structure and improve product mechanical properties and pressure resistance.

 

Heat Treatment
Solution heat treatment is performed according to material grade and relevant standards to improve material microstructure, corrosion resistance, and mechanical property stability.

 

Precision Machining
CNC equipment is used to machine outer diameters, inner holes, bolt holes, beveling, and sealing surfaces to ensure product dimensional accuracy and interchangeability meet standard requirements.

 

Surface Treatment
Pickling and passivation, sandblasting, mechanical polishing, or electropolishing are provided according to customer needs to improve product surface quality and corrosion resistance.

 

Finished Product Inspection
Before products leave the factory, they undergo dimensional inspection, visual inspection, sealing surface inspection, material verification, and non-destructive testing to ensure that the products meet the technical specifications of the order.
