100% Die Forging Process
We refuse to use cut rings from medium-thick plates or castings. Our 304 flanges are all integrally forged from stainless steel round bars. The streamlined metal fiber structure is denser, eliminating internal porosity, air bubbles, and inclusions. The sealing surface roughness is strictly controlled within 125-250 AARH (Stock Finish) or customer-specified requirements, ensuring zero leakage under long-term high-pressure conditions.

Surface Hygiene Treatment Customized for Food/Pharmaceutical Industries
For high-cleanliness industries, we support fully automated pickling and passivation, shot blasting, and high-precision mirror polishing to thoroughly remove free iron contamination, improve intergranular corrosion resistance, and meet FDA and sanitary piping system standards.
Raw Material Spectroscopic Verification (PMI Input Inspection): All incoming stainless steel round bars must be traceable using a "Heat Number" system and 100% tested using a portable spectrometer (PMI) to ensure chemical composition meets standards.
Precision Forging: Strict control of initial and final forging temperatures is implemented. Forging compression of metal grains eliminates internal stress and optimizes mechanical properties.
CNC High-Precision Machining: High-precision CNC lathes and vertical lathes are used to machine water lines, bolt holes, and beveling, with tolerances strictly limited to within half of the standard allowable range.
Chemical Passivation and Surface Treatment: Trace amounts of iron ions are removed from machined surfaces using standard pickling and passivation solutions, forming a dense, chromium-rich protective film with excellent salt spray resistance.
Final Quality Gate (FQG): The QC team performs caliper measurements on bolt hole center distance, sealing surface roughness, and flange thickness. They can also cooperate with third-party organizations such as SGS, TÜV, and BV for on-site supervision and random inspections.
Non-standard Drawing Processing: Supports customizing non-standard flanges with special thicknesses, large diameters, or special hole spacings based on DWG/PDF drawings.
Customized Sealing Surface Roughness: Customizable with 125 AARH, 250 AARH, or smoother mirror finishes to suit specific gasket sealing requirements.
Customized Project Marking: Supports marking customer logos, project-specific contract numbers, and designated markings.

Q: How do you guarantee that the nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr) content of your 304 stainless steel flanges is not compromised?
A: We consider material quality the lifeline of our factory. All our raw materials are sourced from large, listed steel mills in China, and we never use recycled scrap steel of unknown origin. We conduct three 100% PMI spectrometer tests on raw materials upon arrival, after forging, and before shipment to ensure that the nickel content is no less than 8.0% and the chromium content is no less than 18.0%, which is accurately reflected in the EN 10204 3.1 quality assurance certificate.
Q: If my project is very urgent, what is the fastest delivery time for bulk orders of commonly used specifications?
A: We maintain approximately 500 tons of ASME/DIN standard commonly used stainless steel flange semi-finished and finished products in our central warehouse. For standard Slip-On or Blind flanges, we can ship within 48 to 72 hours after receiving the letter of credit or prepayment. Even for custom bulk orders requiring rescheduling, we can deliver within 15-25 days through the coordinated operation of multiple forging production lines.

A: Absolutely. We hold the EU PED 2014/68/EU pressure equipment certification, meaning our manufacturing processes and quality control fully comply with the entry regulations for critical pressure vessel and piping projects in Europe and North America. We also frequently undergo on-site inspections conducted by organizations such as TÜV, SGS, and Intertek on behalf of overseas buyers, with a 100% pass rate.
Q: How do you prevent salt spray corrosion or scratches on the sealing surface of stainless steel flanges during sea freight (40-50 days)?
A: Our export-grade packaging is extremely rigorous: First, the flange sealing surface (RF/RTJ) is 100% covered with a thick plastic protective cover to prevent impact; second, the entire flange is thoroughly dried and wrapped in a vapor phase insulated bag (VCI bag); finally, all flanges are tightly sealed in a strong, fumigation-free plywood box, secured with wooden boards on all sides to prevent damage from sea transport.
